The Salvation Army hosted the annual  “Merry Mile – a Parade of Giving” on November 26, 2010 to raise awareness and garner media interest for the upcoming Christmas campaign.

Local Aldermen, athletes and The Salvation Army Glenmore Temple Band participated in a light-hearted march through the downtown Plus 15s hoping to remind Calgarians what Christmas is all about.

In one hour, participants raised $1,524.11! Thank you to all who participated and donated!
