The toys that were thought to have been taken from the St. Albert Wal-Mart have been found by The Salvation Army.  An internal investigation has uncovered that the toys were erroneously redirected to the wrong Salvation Army unit. 

The Salvation Army is very thankful to all of the people in the community who made donations to help replace the toys.  We apologize for the confusion, and are willing to return or refund donations.

“We are thankful to Wal-Mart for their support of our campaign and thank them for their willingness to help us replace the missing toys,” said Karen Diaper, spokesperson for The Salvation Army.
