AGAT Laboratories is a full service laboratory and science company with worldwide operations. AGAT is composed of 12 divisions including Environmental, Ultra Trace Toxicology, Agriculture, Oilsands, Oil and Gas, Chemistry, Tribology, Mining Geochemistry, Air Quality Monitoring, Resevoir Engineering, Routine Core, Geology and Petrology, and Food Testing.

On December 8, 2011, Marissa Reckmann, Director Environmental Operations and Dave Fast, Technical/Field Services Liaison of Agat Laboratories, presented The Salvation Army in Calgary with a cheque in the amount of $109,046.00 on behalf of all their locations across Canada.

To help during the holiday season, AGAT Laboratories and its employees across Canada have donated to The Salvation Army in the hopes of reaching 1000 families with a minimum emergency food basket during the Holiday Season.  Each $120 donation ensures a basic emergency food basket to sustain a family of four in a time of need.  AGAT Laboratories and its employees pay tribute to their many customers, suppliers and support services that have made this donation possible.
